She is the Founder Partner of the Firm and has over 45 years of professional experience advising domestic and international clients across a wide range of sectors. She was responsible for managing the Firm’s association with Deloitte Haskins & Sells until 2000 and played a key role in overseeing complex professional engagements during that period. Her areas of expertise include business valuation, inheritance and succession planning, and strategic advisory. She also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several listed companies, contributing to governance, oversight, and strategic decision-making. Ms. Agarwal has served as National President of FICCI FLO, the all-India forum for women entrepreneurs and professionals affiliated with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry. While the presidency of FLO is typically held by senior industry leaders, her election to this role reflects her distinguished professional background and leadership in both practice and business advocacy.
