Mr. O.P.Vaish designated Senior Advocate, eminent lawyer and founder of Vaish Associates, Advocates - was a mentor and a guide to many young professionals.

Mr. Vaish was a multifaceted figure. Not only was he recognized as a lawyer of conscience by Soka University, Japan but was well known for his expertise in corporate taxation and international law.
Mr. Vaish was blessed with an attitude of gratitude and believed in giving back to the society at the slightest of opportunity. A great philanthropist and mentor, he was full of ideas and encouraged everyone to have a spirit of entrepreneurship.
His contributions as Rotary International director and trustee is recognized worldwide. In India his contribution to the polio plus programme and rotary blood bank is well known. He was lovingly called OPV an acronym for ‘Oral Polio Vaccine’.
He was on the managing committee of FICCI, ICC India, and was President of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He not only started the International Fiscal Association, India Branch but was also responsible as Honorary President for its continued growth.
As member of J J Irani Committee he helped in the redrafting of the Co’s Act 2013. He was asked to chair the Committee on Streamlining Prosecutions under the Indian Companies Act and be part of the advisory committee for framing the Competition Law in India.
Mr. Vaish was invited as Government nominee on the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and on the board of International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
He was on the board of many companies and actively encouraged women to join Corporate boards.
Mr. Vaish was founder and Chairman of International Economic & Legal Forum, inter alia, to undertake study of legal issues which inhibit or delay economic development
